Besides medicine, my 16 years of knowledge in fitness and nonrestrictive nutrition methods specified for both beginners and intermediate level individuals have grown over the years. I have had the privilege to mentor and coach many individuals in the field of health and nutrition, regardless of body type and/or experience. I hope to gain the trust of my clients through the results they obtain by following my individualized plans, without the burden of interfering with every-day life or having a “strict diet”. I focus on the big picture, which is sustainable weight loss while enjoying every step of the journey.
